In an effort to preserve the original spirit and detail of the building, the designers of Biscuit Company Lofts sought to find and follow the natural grain of the building, respecting its parameters but looking at them from the standpoint of new use.

Aleks Instanbullu Architects has crafted varied floor plans and common areas with distinct shapes and color schemes. Single story units range from 605 to 2,100 square feet, and there are seventeen unique two, three and four story units varying from 1,800 to nearly 6,000 square feet. Ceiling heights are 13', 16', 20' and 30'.
