9900 Wilshire

9900 Wilshire: Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Richard Meier, this premier residential development of world-class luxury condominiums will be located on the site of the former Robinson's May department store, at the western entrance to the city of Beverly Hills.

The development will be an architectural landmark at its dual gateway location between Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvds. On nearly eight acres, the environmentally responsible residences will be set within gardens landscaped by the internationally acclaimed landscape architect Laurie D. Olin.

Award Winning interior designers and development managers Candy and Candy have been appointed to oversee the development and execution of this project. Combining their skills with this pre-eminent design team, they intend to deliver a new standard in development in Beverly Hills that combines full service, luxury residences with environmentally sustainable designs. 9900 Wilshire has been designed to achieve the first LEED Gold rating in the City of Beverly Hills.
