Evo's architecture is about dramatic lines, a facade of brilliant glass and polished metallic paneling with a composition of elements and materials that will bring even more sophistication to South Park's new "South" neighborhood. Evo will rise 23 stories above South Park, offering unbelievable view of Staples Center, Downtown Los Angeles, the Hollywood Hills and even the ocean. In addition to 311 condos, five two-stories live/work units are planned. Unit sizes will range from 730 to 3500 square feet.
